2.      Take the exit point to Lucena and this will lead you to Star Toll Way.

4.      After exiting, turn left and drive 2.5 kms.
5.      Turn left to Palindan Street.
6.      Turn right at Lipa-Ibaan Road.
7.      Drive past a Petron Station until you reach a junction.
8.      Turn left where sign is pointing to Rosario.
9.      From Rosario town proper, drive past Jollibee to lead you to San Juan.
10.  From San Juan town proper, drive past Municipal Hall and take the next right turn for Laiya main road.
11.  You will drive approximately 25 kms. along this road. Playa Laiya is the gateway of the Laiya beachfront.

4.      At Lipa, head towards Padre Garcia (follow road signs carefully).

6.      Follow the road as it merges and turn right to Kapitan Luz Street (few meters away from the monument).
7.      Turn left at Kalipulako.
8.      Right at P.Torres, this road leads to Rosario and Padre Garcia.
9.      About 8.5 kms. from Lipa, there will be junction that leads to Padre Garcia.
10.  Turn left towards Padre Garcia.
11.  Drive past a market and turn right to San Juan.
12.  From San Juan town proper, drive past Municipal Hall and take the next right turn for Laiya main road.

13.  You will drive approximately 25 kms. along this road. Playa Laiya is the gateway of the Laiya beachfront.
